Description.  Active the Passerby functionality.

Internal Name. PASSERBY

Property Determination. Do you want the ability to make payments, postings, and produce a receipt in the system for a person not necessarily staying in the hotel?  (For example, selling tickets or photocopies across the front desk). The Passerby feature is used to handle transactions for guests when the guest pays the bill immediately (rather than posting it to his bill) and wants a printed folio. The Passerby functionality is also used to generate receipts for transactions processed for those who are not guests registered at the property.
