OIS Duplicate Profile (prduplicateprofile with PRF2.FMX)
The Duplicate Profile Report displays profile address, membership and passport information to assist in determining if a duplicate profile exists in the OIS system. You may choose to match on like Name and Address information, or Membership Number, Passport Number with other match criteria. Print this report to track all duplicate profiles so you can either merge them, or purge them from the system.
Profile Type. Select to filter by a specific profile type. A single select LOV is available for View All, Individual, Company, Group, Source, Travel Agent, or Contact.
Last Name. Enter a last name to filter the report for possible duplicate profiles with the specified name.
Name. Select to display possible duplicate profiles which have the same Name. When selected, further filtering by address information is available.
Member Number/Corp ID/IATA. Select to display possible duplicate profiles which have the same Membership Number, Corp ID, or IATA. When selected, the Membership Type down arrow becomes available and can be selected to open a multi-select LOV of membership types.
Passport No. Select to display possible duplicate profiles which have the same passport number. The options in the Match Criteria section become unavailable.
Note: When the Passport/ID Number View permission is not granted to the user, then the Passport/ID Number will be masked with Xs except for the last two numbers.
Credit Card. Select to display possible duplicate profiles which have the same credit card number. The options in the Match Criteria section become unavailable. If the General>Mask Credit Card Number application parameter is set to Y, only the last 4 numbers of the credit card number will be shown; the remainder of the numbers will be masked with Xs.
Select the criteria you want matched along with the name on the profile (only the Profile-Name has options available): Address, City, Postal Code, or Nationality.
Note: Blanks in a profile record for the selected criteria constitute a possible duplicate. For example, if you are searching for profiles with the same name and address, two profile records for Jane Doe with blank (or incomplete) addresses would be displayed as possible duplicates.
Address1. When selected, the report will further filter by matching on profiles that have the same Address 1.
Address 2. When selected, the report will further filter by matching on profiles that have the same Address 2.
City. When selected, the report will further filter by profiles with the same City.
Postal Code. When selected, the report will further filter by profiles with the same postal code.
Nationality. When selected, the report will further filter by profiles with the same Nationality.
