Refresh Rates

Use the Refresh Rates option if a rate code is attached to a business block and you want the rates to be updated based on the current values in configuration.

The Refresh Rates option is available on the Book Options menu to users with the permission Blocks>BLOCK EDIT. In PMS, access the Book Options menu by selecting Reservations>Blocks>Business Block>Options. In S&C, select Business Management>Business Block>Options.

Note: This option is available in OCM Business Block Options when the OCM parameter is inactive and the MYFIDELIO parameter is active. Property must also be in MYFIDELIO mode.

When Refresh Rates is selected, the rates attached to the business block will be updated for all current and future dates. Dates earlier than the current business date will not be updated.
