Reservation Access Control
The following application setting must be set to Y for this feature to be available under Setup > System Configuration > Reservations > Reservation Access Control > Changeable Fields:
The following permissions must be granted for users to have access to the Reservation Changeable Fields screen as well as override Rate Access Exclusion limitations:
Access the Reservation Changeable Fields screen in PMS or ORS/OCIS by selecting Setup > Configuration > Reservations > Reservation Access Control > Changeable Fields. The Reservation Changeable Fields screen allows you to configure the Reservation Screen by choosing from a list of the most common fields on the Reservation Screen you want to make available for editing or modification even when a reservation is protected through Rate Access Exclusion.
To choose which fields you want to make available for modification/editing on the Reservation Screen, highlight a field from the Available list on the left-side of the screen and select the Add button to move the highlighted field into the Selected list on the right.
Condition. Select the down arrow and choose a condition from the list of values. Available values are ACCESS EXCLUDED and AWARD REDEMPTION. Select ACCESS EXCLUDED to define the fields which can be edited when the reservation is Access Excluded (ORS Only). Select AWARD REDEMPTION to define the fields which can be edited when the reservation is an Award Redemption reservation (ORS and PMS).
