Understanding the Reservation Detail Area of the Reservations Screen
The Reservation Detail area displays information about the reservation.
Name. The guest's name.
Confirmation. The confirmation number.
Arrival. The arrival date.
Departure. The departure date.
Room Type. The room type.
Rate Code. The rate code.
Rate Amount. The rate amount. Select the ellipsis button to the right of this field to access the Daily Details screen.
Packages. The packages. Select the ellipsis button to the right of this field to access the Packages screen.
Alt Id. The external reference associated to the reservation. This is generally the confirmation number from an external system.
Adults. The number of adults.
Children. The number of children.
Rooms. The number of rooms.
Reservation Type. The reservation type.
Payment. The payment type.
Block. The business block.
Item Inv. The attached item from inventory. Select the ellipsis button next to this field to open the Item Inventory screen and view items attached to the reservation; the displayed items will be view only.
Property. The property.
Insert Source. The source of the reservation.
Insert Source Type. The source type.
Origin. The origin of the reservation.
Market Code. The market code.
Source Code. The source code.
Status. The reservation status.
Rec. Locator. The record locator number.
