Description. Restricts manual entry of credit card numbers in the credit card number fields.
Internal Name. RESTRICT_CC_MANUAL_ENTRY
Property Determination. Users cannot enter the credit card number in the Payment Application from the keyboard, only from an encrypted reader device. Attempting to enter the second digit of the credit card number results in this message appearing: Manual entry is not allowed.

The CC Vault Function is active and an encrypted credit card reader device is set up in Configuration > Setup > Property Interfaces > Credit Card Interface > Reader Devices. Or The CC Vault Function and the IFC > CHIP AND PIN application parameter are active. |
