Select Function Space
When selecting the Space down arrow in the search area of the Function Diary screen, the Select Function Space screen is displayed. This screen allows the user to search for a function space based on a Space, Space Type, Floor, or Location.
Space. Select the down area to select the specific function space.
Floor. Select the down arrow to choose the floor where the function space is located.
Location. Select the down arrow to choose the location where the function space is situated.
Selected Only. Select to display the function spaces that have been marked for selection.
Space Type. Select the down arrow to choose a space type.
X. Click in this column to select the function space.
Function Space. Function space code.
Description. Full name of the function space.
C. Indicates that the function space is a combination function space and two or more single or individual rooms create this function space. Combination rooms are shown in blue in the Function Diary.
S. Indicates that the function space is shareable and two or more events can simultaneously utilize this space. The room will be shown in red in the Function Diary.
