OPERA Logs

This feature allows you to generate OPERA Traces, convert Tkp to excel, merge trace file, and convert TRC to TKP. Traces are like messages in that they allow you to attach communications to the guest reservation.

The following OPERA Traces are available under the OPERA Logs menu:

• Generate OPERA Traces
• Convert Tkp to Excel
• Merge Trace Files
• TRC to TKP

  Note: If the database connection has not been established, connect to the database by providing the required connection credentials when the database dialog box appears.

  Trace files only from the previous two days can be generated using SU.

1. Select the OPERA Logs menu.
2. Under the OPERA Traces tree information, select the traces you wish to run.
