Description. Activate Translate Multi-character Functionality.

Internal Name. TRANSLATE_MULTICHAR

Property Determination. If the parameter is enabled at the property level, then a national character set profile address (such as Chinese, Hebrew, Arabic) is converted to English characters when it is downloaded from ORS, provided the PMS supports the national character set address language. If the parameter is disabled at the property, then a national character set profile address (such as Chinese, Hebrew, Arabic) is not converted to English characters when it is downloaded from ORS, provided the PMS supports the national character set address language. In either case, if the PMS does not support the national character set address language, no profile address is downloaded.
