In this image, the architecture is explained for the connectors that are used for performing user management tasks on Dropbox. It is explained that you can manage Dropbox from Oracle Identity Governance by using Microsoft Active Directory (AD) as a middleware. Oracle Identity Governance uses AD as a managed (target) resource or as an authoritative (trusted) source of identity data. The OIG AD connector allows the synchronization of user information between Oracle Identity Governance and AD services. Similarly, the Dropbox AD connector communicates between AD and Dropbox directory services. The user group and user group member attributes are synchronized in real time from AD to Dropbox through the Dropbox AD Connector scheduled tasks.
