This figure shows the Create Index dialog. In the top left of the dialog are the Schema drop-down list and the Name text field. Below the Name field are the Properties and DDL tabs. The Properties tab is selected. Below the tabs are the Table, Index type, and Uniqueness drop-down lists. Below the Table field is the Type field. Below the Uniqueness drop-down list there is a section where you can select the column name on which to apply the index. To the right of this section is the Order section. In the bottom right of the dialog are the OK and Cancel buttons.
