Searching and Filtering Tasks

Using Search

Searching lets you look for a particular task by entering the value of a known field. When you enter a value in the search box, the system searches the Tasks log and displays all the records that match the criteria.

To search:

  1. Touch Tasks "".
  2. Touch Search "".
  3. Enter the value in the search box, on top of the log.
  4. Touch Search, on the device keyboard.

Using Filters

Filtering lets you search in logs and picker screens.

To filter your tasks:

  1. Touch Tasks "".
  2. Touch Filter "" to open the Filter screen.
  3. Touch Apply Filter selector.
  4. Enter or select a value for one or all the following fields:
    • From (User)
    • Type
    • Sent For
    • Record Number
    • Record Title
    • Show Late Records Only
  5. When finished, touch Done.

    Notes:

    • To reset all filter parameters, touch Clear All and then touch Done.
    • To retain your last filter selection, touch the Apply Filter selector to turn it off.
