Viewing Workflow Progress of a BP Record

To view Workflow Progress:

Select the BP record you want to view the Workflow Progress for.
In the upper-right corner of the BP record, tap Menu.
Tap View Workflow Progress.

View Workflow Progress is not supported in Offline mode. View Workflow Progress is available provided the Workflow Progress checkbox is cleared in the BP design and the Workflow Progress checkbox is not selected to hide it for a particular user or group under BP Setup or Access Control. Records in view mode or edit mode are allowed to access Workflow Progress. Additionally, Workflow Progress can be viewed even if records are accessed via the Draft and Offline Records tabs in the BP log. The same behavior holds for records accessed through Notifications and All, Not Started, and In Progress tabs under the Tasks log.

The Workflow Progress tab selection (Visited Steps or All Steps) is retained throughout the app until the session expires or the user logs out. For example, if a user accesses a record from the BP log and selects the All Steps tab, All Steps should become the default tab selection. Visited Steps is the default tab otherwise.

Note: To allow a user to view the Workflow Progress of any BP record in Unifier Mobile, the following checkboxes should be cleared in the following places in the Unifier web application (Admin mode):

Under uDesigner → Business Process → Open any workflow BP → General → Record Properties → Workflow Progress
Under Business Process Setup → Open any workflow BP → Record Properties → Edit Restrictions → Workflow Progress
Under User Administration → Access Control → BP → User permissions → Hide Task Statuses
