E5248 Cmd Rej: Both MASPs must be E5-OAM

For the chg-db command, if the OAM is in mixed mode (contains both OAM and E5-OAM MASPs), and the 10,000 Routesets or Integrated GLS feature is enabled or the Integrated Measurements feature is turned on, then the action=repair parameter cannot be specified.

If the OAM is in mixed mode, and the 10,000 Routesets or Integrated GLS feature is enabled or the Integrated Measurements feature is turned on, then the copy-disk command cannot be entered.

Recovery

1. Display the status of cards in the system. Enter the rept-stat-card command.
   A value of E5MCAP is shown in the TYPE field when E5-MASP hardware is used.
2. Display the status of controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
3. Change the cards as necessary. Refer to the Maintenance Guide for assistance.
4. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
