E4202 Cmd Rej: SCCP Conversion feature requires at least TSM Hardware

The ANSI/ITU SCCP Conversion feature requires Service Module cards in the system.

Recovery

1. Display the cards in the system. Enter the rtrv-card and rtrv-stp commands.
2. Replace the existing hardware with Service Module cards as necessary. Refer to the Maintenance Guide and to the Database Administration - GTT User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
