E3628 Cmd Rej: SFAPP(P) to OAM SYNC in progress

The OAM synchronization is in progress.

Recovery

1. Wait for the OAM synchronization to complete.
2. UIM 1317 - SFAPP(P) to OAM Sync Completed indicates the synchronization has completed.
3. Enter any command.
   Contact My Oracle Support (MOS) if this error message appears again.
