E4289 Cmd Rej: (N)CGSR already exists for specified OPNAME

The value specified for the (n)cgsr parameter cannot already exist in the database.

Recovery

1. Display the existing GSM MAP Screening CgPA entries. Enter the rtrv-gsmmap-scrn command.
2. Re-enter the ent/chg-gsmmap-scrn command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.
