If the period=specific parameter is specified, then the final two digits of the hh or qh parameter must be 00. Day-to-hour measurement collection starts at midnight and is updated on an hourly basis.
Recovery
Re-enter the rept-ftp-meas command that generated this error message specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide and to the Measurements Reference for assistance.
