E4542 Cmd Rej: Failed deleting shelf as FPT entry is provisioned

If the equipment shelf is the only provisioned shelf in the frame, and a frame power threshold entry is configured in the Frame Power Threshold table for the frame, then the shelf cannot be deleted until the frame power threshold entry is deleted from the Frame Power Threshold table.

Recovery

1. Display the entries in the table. Enter the rtrv-frm-pwr command.
2. Delete the frame power value for the specified frame as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the dlt-shlf command that generated this error message.
