E5482 Cmd Rej: SRVSETS or LIMSETS not valid unless threstype = SET

The srvsets and limsets parameters cannot be specified unless threstype is being changed to or has been changed to set.

Recovery

Re-enter the chg-upgrade-config command, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
