E4341 Cmd Rej: (N)CDN already exists in the database

The value specified for the ncdn parameter or the cdn parameter cannot already exist in the Call Decision table.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-vflx-cd command to display the current values.
2. Re-enter the command that caused this error message, specifying a valid value for the ncdn or cdn parameter.
