E5278 Cmd Rej: Integrated Measurements feature must be ON

The Integrated Measurements feature must be turned on before the oamhcmeas=on parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the Integrated Measurements feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-measopts command that generated this error message.
