E3874 Cmd Rej: TUP must use DPC/SI route key if DPC is ANSI

A DPC/SI routing key must be specified when an ANSI DPC is used and the si=4 parameter is specified. TUP is used only in an ITU network.

Recovery

1. Display the current information for the routing key, if applicable. Enter the rtrv-appl-rtkey command.
2. Re-enter the ent/chg/dlt/rtrv-appl-rtkey command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - IP7 User's Guide for assistance.
