E2080 Cmd Rej: Alarms already inhibited for cluster PC or its member PCs

Permanent alarm inhibit is not allowed on the cluster PC because either the cluster or a member PC of the cluster is already alarm inhibited.

Recovery

1. Use the rept-stat-alm command to display alarm status.
2. Use the unhb-alm command to restore reporting of alarms as needed.
3. Re-enter the inh-alm command that generated this error message.
