If a value of c-c-c is specified for the point code parameter, then the nsfi=fail parameter cannot be specified.
Recovery
Re-enter the ent/chg-scr-blkdpc or ent/chg-scr-blkopc command, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - GWS User's Guide for assistance.
