E3908 Cmd Rej: Invalid OAM HW config or an HMUX card is out of service

Invalid hardware configuration alarms are set or an HMUX alarm must be addressed.

Recovery

1. Verify that all HMUX cards are in service. Enter the rept-stat-card command.
2. Follow the recovery procedure in the upgrade procedure documentation, or contact My Oracle Support. See My Oracle Support (MOS).
