E4672 Cmd Rej: Login, Password, and Host must be set in SEASCFG

The login and hname parameters must be provisioned (see the chg-seas-config command) before the SEAS Over IP feature can be turned on

Recovery

1. Use the chg-seas-config command to set the parameters. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
2. Re-enter the chg-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
