E2812 Cmd Rej: EE Filter does not match card appl type

The Filter appl and card appl should be the same.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-ee-flt command to see the configured filters.
2. Choose a filter with an appl that matches the card in context.
3. Re-enter the chg-ee-card command to attach the filter to the card.
