E2211 Cmd Rej: Maximum number of CDPNPFXs already provisioned

A maximum of 40 Called Party Number Prefix values is allowed.

Recovery

1. Display the number of prefixes in the database. Enter the rtrv-inpopts command.
   The existing prefixes are displayed in the CDPNPFX column of the output.
2. If necessary, delete an existing prefix. Refer to the INP/AINPQ User's Guide for assistance
3. Re-enter the chg-inpopts command that generated this error message.
