E5439 Cmd Rej: ATM link with VCI greater than 16383 exists

The VCI value for any ATM link (see the ent-slk command) must be less than or equal to 16383 before a 3 Links per E5-ATM Card feature quantity can be enabled.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the VCI values for the links. Enter the rtrv-slk command.
2. Revise the VCI values as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
