If a wild-card (*) value is specified for the h0 parameter, then a wild-card value must be specified for the h1 parameter.
Note:
A ‘wild card’ is used to describe the asterisk parameter value ‘*’ that indicates the full range of values. Do not confuse this usage with the parameter value '**', which SEAS uses for “all and every entry in the database including the value '*'”.Recovery
