E4060 Cmd Rej: MULTGC=YES requires ITU-N or ITU-I point code

If the multgc=yes parameter is specified, then an ITU-N or ITU-I point code must be specified.

Re-enter the ent/chg-ls command that generated this error emssage, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - IP7 User's Guide for assistance.
