E3584 Cmd Rej: No SCCP application card provisioned to support feature.

An SCCP application card must be present in the system before the feature can be enabled.

Recovery

1. Display the cards in the system. Enter the rtrv-card command.
2. Upgrade the hardware configuration as necessary. Refer to the Maintenance Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
   Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide for assistance.
