The status of the mfc option cannot be changed more than once within 10 seconds.
Note:
After the mfc option has been configured to ON, it can only be configured to OFF by My Oracle Support.Recovery
Wait for 10 seconds, after the initial status change, then re-enter the chg-stpopts command that generated this error emssage. Contact My Oracle Support for assistance. See My Oracle Support (MOS).
