E4987 Cmd Rej: Service actions CgpnSvcRqd and NPRLS are mutually exclusive

The CGPNSVCRQD and NPNRLS service actions cannot exist within the same action set.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-npp-as command to see the action set under consideration, to determine whether the CGPNSVCRQD or NPNRLS service action is configured.
2. Re-enter the chg/ent-npp-srs command to associate a service rule set entry to an action set that does not have both the CGPNSVCRQD and NPNRLS service actions configured.
