E4633 Cmd Rej: SPC may not be referenced in the STP's linkset table

A secondary point code that is referenced in the Linkset table cannot be deleted.

Recovery

1. Display the linksets that reference the secondary point code. Enter the rtrv-ls command, specifying the secondary point code of interest.
2. Remove the references to the secondary point code as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the dlt-spc command that generated this error message.
