E2526 Cmd Rej: All new PC parms must be null if NI,ZONE,MSA,UN or NPC = C

If the specified ni-nc-ncm, zone-area-id, or msa-ssa-sp is equal to c-c-c or if the npc=c parameter is specified, then the nsfi=fail parameter and the nni, nnc, nncm, nzone, narea, nid, nmsa, nssa, nsp, and nnpc parameters cannot be specified. Point code c-c-c and npc=c cannot be changed to a numbered point code.

Recovery

Re-enter the chg-scr-blkdpc or chg-scr-blkopc command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - GWS User's Guide for assistance.
