E5156 Cmd Rej: IAR NP and Service Portability features must be enabled

The IAR NP and Service Portability features must be enabled before the sporttype parameter can be specified.

Recovery

1. Display the status of controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled, but is not turned on.
2. Enable the features as necessary. Refer to the Analyzed Information Features User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-tatropts command that generated this error message.
