E2661 Cmd Rej: 1M System TPS feature requires HIPR2 high rate feature ON

For chg-ctrl-feat command, the 1M System TPS feature requires HIPR2 high rate mode feature to be ON.

For chg-ctrl-feat command, the HIPR2 high rate mode feature can not be OFF if 1M System TPS feature is turned ON.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to display the status of the HIPR2 high rate mode and 1M System TPS features. Enter command enable-ctrl-feat to turn ON the feature.
2. If necessary, change the HIPR2 high rate mode feature ON before enabling 1M System TPS feature.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide.
