E4976 Cmd Rej: Terminal must be inhibited before changing the parameter

The logintmr, logouttmr, pngtimeint, and pngfailcnt parameters can be specified only when the terminal is in the Inhibited state.

Recovery

1. Verify the state of the specified terminal. Enter the rept-stat-trm command.
2. Inhibit the terminal if necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-trm command that generated this error message.
