alw/disc-imt, flash/init-card, init-flash, init-mux, and init-sys commands cannot be entered if the IMT Rate Change sequence is in progress. For the chg-ctrl-feat command, if the IMT Rate Change sequence is in progress, then the HIPR2 High Rate Mode feature cannot be turned on or off.

Re-enter the command that generated this error message after the IMT Rate Change sequence is complete.
