E4706 Cmd Rej: Maximum number of entries already exist for RDI,DNSTAT,BCAP

The maximum number of 25 entries cannot already be provisioned for a given rdi, dnstat and bcap.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-vflx-cd and the dlt-vflx-cd commands to retrieve and delete some of the entries.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
