For the disp-disk-dir command, an E5-MCAP card must be provisioned in the system before the src=usb parameter can be specified.
For the chg-tbl and tst-disk commands, an E5-MCAP card must be installed before the disk=usb parameter can be specified.
For the copy-gpl and copy-tbl commands, an E5-MCAP card must be installed before a value of usb can be specified for the ddriv or sdrv parameter.
