E3508 Cmd Rej: MBR settypes cannot be referenced by GTT selectors

The MAP Based Routing (MBR) GTT set types (IMEI/IMSI\MSISDN\VLRNB\SMRPDA\SMRPOA) cannot be referenced by GTT selectors.
