E3825 Cmd Rej: New CIC range overlaps an existing routing key

The value specified for the new circuit identification code range (ncics-ncice) cannot overlap an existing routing key.

Recovery

1. Determine the overlapping ranges. Enter the rtrv-appl-rtkey command, specifying the new CIC range.
   This information is shown in the CICS and CICE fields of the output.
2. Re-enter the chg-appl-rtkey command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - IP7 User's Guide for assistance.
