E3647 Cmd Rej: WNP feature must be ON

The Wireless Number Portability (WNP) feature must be turned on before the (n)serv=wnp parameter can be specified.

Note:

Once a feature that is controlled using a feature bit has been turned on, it cannot be turned off.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the WNP feature. Enter the rtrv-feat command.
2. Turn on the feature if necessary. Refer to the ELAP Administration and LNP Feature Activation Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the ent/chg-lnp-serv command that generated this error message.
