E3356 Cmd Rej: TIF feature is mutually exclusive with LNP

The LNP feature and any TIF feature (Number Portability/ Additional Subscriber Data / Generic Routing Number) cannot be enabled at the same time.

Recovery

1. Display the status of controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
