If the specified card is the only in-service MPS-Service Module card, then the force=yes parameter must be specified.
Recovery
Display the card attributes. Enter the rept-stat-card command.
Re-enter the inh-card command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide for assistance.
