E2677 Cmd Rej: E5APPB card and Telco Switch are not allowed in same shelf

For the ent-card command, the E5APPB card and Telco Switch can not be provisioned in the same shelf.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-shlf command to display the status of all shelves.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message with loc=<shelf> in the valid range. Refer to the Database Administration - GTT User's Guide for assistance.
