E2198 Cmd Rej: The maximum number of users is already defined

The database can contain a maximum of 100 user IDs.

Recovery

1. Display the user IDs in the database. Enter the rtrv-user command.
2. Change an existing user ID or delete a user from the system as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide for assistance.
3. If an existing user ID was not changed, then re-enter the ent-user command that generated this error message.
